Fresh Ideas

Develop specific actions and move your team to higher levels of performance. Do more of what is working and less of what is not. We’ll help you figure that out and provide a lively and engaging forum that changes your team from the inside out.

Our team building programs are customized to fit your time frame, budget and level of challenge. On the fun side of team building, our experience and creativity honed in the performing arts provides a lively and unique approach to team building. On the more serious side of team work, we use a wide range of current knowledge, best practices and direct action based facilitated approaches to help your team do ‘better team work’.

Your team is unique and we understand that.

So what does ‘better team work’ mean to you?

  • Be focused on solutions
  • Involve the whole team
  • Demonstrate Leadership
  • Focus more on action and next steps, less on theory
  • Give clarity to goals
  • Get to the root of the solutions faster
  • Customized: your Team, your Goals, your Actions

Customized ½ and Full day Team Sessions

These interactive and engaging workshops explore 5 fundamentals of superior team work. Activate trust, learn how to move through conflict, heighten commitment and accountability and see the tie in to results.

Unlike traditional team training, these team sessions take into account your team’s real context, goals and issues. Instead of spending lots of time on theory, teams spend time figuring out what to actually do differently to get them where they want to go, not where they ’should’ go.

Available in half or full day formats, and for in tact or new teams. The full day version features a team assessment, a learning module on being solutions focused and the development of specific action steps.
