Appreciative Inquiry

The appreciative inquiry approach is based on the premise that ‘organisations change in the direction in which they inquire.’ So a group or team of people which inquires into problems will keep finding problems but a team which attempts to appreciate what is best in itself will discover more and more that is good. It can then to use these discoveries to build a new future where the best becomes more common.

Scripting and Video

Using scripts and video has the advantage of portraying the actual experiences people, leaders and teams face. This promotes engagement, discussion and the appearance of new solutions.

Forum Theatre

The goal of forum theatre is to deepen and widen the perspective students have on their problems and create and awareness of new solutions and strategies. Forum theatre scenarios are designed to stimulate audience participation through discussion, interactive role-playing and shared experiences.

Open Reflective Dialogue

Sometimes and more often these days, people simply need the space to gather calmly gather their thoughts and actually think openly about possibilities and potential solutions. Positive and sometimes magical results emerge by creating a space and empowering conversations.
