Team Forum Facilitated approach to Team Development

Is your team looking to improve?

Do you have a specific problem or team issues you would like to solve?

Does your team have a general direction but are not sure how to get there?

This lively and engaging forum changes your team from the inside out.

Fresh Ideas There is often a feeling in teams that something needs to change, that they could be working ‘better’ and ‘smarter’ together. Some teams want to develop trust while others want to improve communication. These goals while being worthy are also vague. For example, if you walked into work tomorrow and found your team were suddenly better at communication, what would actually change?

Sometimes an off the shelf training may be of some use but these do not make the ROTI training grade because the training is attempting to fit a theory to an actual working team. Buy-in can also be an issue when focusing on team models and theory.

Positive team change happens faster and with more commitment when the solutions come from the team itself. Instead of having a trainer or expert come in and tell a team ‘what they should do’, these sessions extract actual actions individual team members take to improve their situation. And since teams differ in what they want to achieve, this approach is more customizable and relevant than theory based training.

These engaging, facilitated sessions apply re-emerging group facilitation methods. Participants get clear on goals and what solutions actually look like in the real world.

Participants have an opportunity to develop specific actions that move them in the direction they want to go. They do more of what is working and less of what is not.

  • Be focused on solutions not problems
  • Give clarity to vague goals like ‘trust’, ‘communication’, ‘innovation’ and others.
  • Drop what is not working and do what is
  • Focus more on action and next steps, less on theory
  • Get to the root of the solutions faster
  • Customized: your Team, your Goals, your Actions
Sessions are available in Power Hour Formats, Half-day and Full-day formats depending on your desired outcomes.
